Our story begins, as many do, with children.

Sarah, Bernie, and Ulysses. Our three adopted, beautiful, energetic, housetrained and very very hairy children. Sarah is a shepherd mix, Bernie a sheepdog/golden mix, and Ulysses a Mancoon cat. And all three share our home, our lives and occasionally, our sense of humor.

As pet owners we soon realized there wasn’t a place out there that really cared for animals in the same way that we do. A place that not only provided quality products, but that put them to the test with the harshest critics…our very own pets. From this little idea, The Wag Shop was born.

Here at The Wag Shop, we put everything in front of Sarah, Bernie and Ulysses. We’re always on the lookout for the great products, working with all the independent pet-loving vendors out there who specialize in quality items for dogs and cats. If it passes the test, it goes onto the shelves. If not, it’s kicked to the curb. We know that if our children really love something, yours will too.

And because our pets, like most pets, aren’t big fans of bathing, our self-serve dog wash makes the experience super-comfortable for them. Everything is designed to make your pet feel right at home. And when you walk in, you’ll soon realize…this really is a pet’s paradise.
